The Amblers

The Amblers walking Group is a friendly group that meets regularly to enjoy a range of interesting and stimulating walks in both the local countryside and towns.

Our programme of walks is designed to encourage people of all ages and abilities to get and keep a little fitter, whilst enjoying the company of other like minded local people.

The Amblers can help in a number of ways:

Who can access this service?

This is available for adults who live or work in South Bristol, specifically BS13/14/3 and 4.

How do I book onto a walk?

The weekly Wednesday walks in Hartcliffe you do not need to book onto, just turn up  – see the events page for more information.

How long are the walks?

Most of our walks are between 2-4 hours or 3-6 miles in duration.

How much will the walks cost me?

The mid week walks are free, just turn up.

The weekend Amblers walks are various costs, the information will be on our events listing, or please call for more information.
